Kanthos Conducts Consumer Survey on Transparency in Food Supplement Labelling

Kanthos Limited has launched a consumer survey exploring how people interpret food supplement labels and how presentation, wording, and numerical claims influence decision-making.

The survey was developed in response to ongoing concerns about transparency within the food supplement sector. While product labels are often compliant with regulations, the way information is presented can still be unclear, fragmented, or misleading for consumers trying to make informed choices.

Participants are invited to review real-world supplement labels and share their understanding of ingredient quantities, compound weights, and front-of-pack claims. The survey aims to better understand how consumers interpret this information in practice, rather than in theory.

The survey is intended to help Kanthos better understand how consumers engage with health information in real-world settings, and where communication gaps may exist between regulatory disclosure and practical understanding.

Insights gathered through this work will contribute to Kanthos’ ongoing efforts to improve clarity, balance, and responsibility in how health-related information is communicated across both educational initiatives and product development.

The survey remains open, with findings to be reviewed and reflected on as responses continue to be collected.
